Our previous HOA meeting date of 9/22 was rained out. New date is 10/13. The HOA is doing a Fall/Halloween decorating contest. See below for information. If interested in signing up, click here.
The ditch clean-up originally planned for June 28th has been cancelled.
July 22nd: The new playground has been installed and is open for play! We appreciate the cooperation and patience of our homeowners. To celebrate we want to throw a back to school bash in August, be on the lookout for more information to come.
The Brooksedge SW HOA is pleased to announce that a new play set has been picked for the Little Park. The play set should be installed within the next 1-2 months. Below you will see renderings of the play set, learn more about the company, and the cost. We will not be replacing the surface, we will stick with the rubber mulch. The new equipment includes a play set (appropriate for ages 5-12), a frog spring rider and a seesaw (this item is currently out of stock, but can come back in stock before installation). Our spring rider and seesaw make our park appropriate for our younger ones. It was important to the board that our playground be age appropriate for 2-12 year olds and allow the kids to hang, swing, flip, bounce, slide, and use their imagination. The swings will stay and their location will not move.
