Building a deck, gazebo, adding a fence, getting new windows, painting your house? These items, and more, need to be approved by the board. Please check the covenants (found here). You will need a permit from the City of Pataskala (most likely) which also reminds you to check with HOA requirements. Imagine paying thousands of dollars on a new fence only for the HOA to tell you they don’t meet our covenants. If you are unsure whether or not you need to send in a form, you can contact us.
