- Brooksedge SW is a quiet, safe community nestled between Reynoldsburg, Blacklick, and the far west side of Pataskala on the Licking/Franklin county border. It is located approximately 1 mile north of East Broad Street on Taylor Road and south of Havens Corners.
- Brooksedge SW was farm land developed by C.V Perry in the mid 1990's and was the first of newly developed single family homes on the north section of Taylor Road. Brooksedge SW consists of 154 family homes with large spacious lots. The homes were built by DiYanni Homes and Centex Homes.
- There are approximately 13 acres of green space including a centrally located playground with a pond stocked for fishing. We have a city park called Freedom Park just a quarter mile down Taylor Road.
